The Customer Care Specialist provides digital and bank services to customers in an efficient and reliable manner consistent with government regulations and bank policy and procedures. This specialist will provide personalized assistance to customers that utilize Digital Banking Services, resolve customer problems, and supply customers with account information not available through the electronic delivery channels.
