Senior Team Lead - Developmental Services (Residential)

Offer leadership, supervision, expertise and risk assessment in the areas of training for residential, day supports, crisis/clinical and family respite to program management and direct service staff that provide a broad array of services to clients with Developmental Disabilities. Facilitate, meditate and trouble shoot conflicts that arise between clients, families, other agencies, community partners and staff.

Provide direct supervision to a team of up to 6 program managers.
