Posting Title: Gynecologist Industry: Hospital Salary: ₹ 225000 to 275000 LPM Work Experience: 3 years Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and provide expert diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of gynecological conditions in outpatient and inpatient settings.
  • Manage emergency gynecological cases with prompt and effective intervention, ensuring patient safety and timely outcomes.
  • Perform advanced laparoscopic surgeries, including hysterotomies, tubal ligations, and ovarian cystectomies, with precision and adherence to best practices.
  • Lead and execute cesarean sections (C-sections) in collaboration with obstetric and anesthesia teams, ensuring optimal maternal and neonatal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary case discussions to enhance care delivery.
  • Provide patient education on reproductive health, contraception, fertility, and postoperative care.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and support teams to deliver coordinated, holistic care.
  • Stay current with evolving medical guidelines, research, and technological advancements in gynecology and obstetrics. Requirements:
  • MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (MD/DM/DNB in OBGYN).
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital or tertiary care setting.
  • Proven expertise in managing OPD and emergency gynecological cases with high clinical acumen.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in performing laparoscopic surgeries, including hysterotomies and C-sections.
  • Strong understanding of maternal-fetal medicine, reproductive health, and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a patient-first approach.
  • Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and any required state medical council licenses.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments with attention to detail and adherence to protocols.
