Job description
As a Commodity Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing Apple's commodity costs, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making within the Worldwide Procurement Finance team. You will be responsible for forecasting commodity prices, analyzing variances, and collaborating with operations and supply chain teams to optimize costs and mitigate risks in a dynamic global market.
Additionally, this role requires strong technical expertise in data querying, dashboard development, and large-scale data analysis. You will design and build scalable Tableau dashboards, write complex SQL queries, and leverage tools such as Dataiku to improve reporting efficiency, enhance data transparency, and support strategic decision-making.
Your work will directly influence gross margin performance, operational efficiency, and strategic sourcing decisions in a fast-paced global environment.
