What You’ll Do Oversee installation crews and coordinate daily job activities Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems safely and efficiently Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards Read and interpret installation layouts, blueprints, and job specifications Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process Maintain clean, organized jobsites and complete accurate job documentation Collaborate with field leadership and office staff to ensure successful project completion What We’re Looking For Required: 3+ years of HVAC installation experience Prior lead installer or crew leadership experience Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems Ability to lead projects and train helpers/apprentices EPA Certification Valid driver’s license Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred: Residential retrofit experience Sheet metal or fabrication experience Service troubleshooting experience OSHA certification What We Offer Competitive pay of $55,000.
