Job description
We are looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team with leasing operations for our Northern California region. This is a full-time Leasing Consultant position, with excellent base pay, plus an above-industry commission structure, and full benefits package. Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays is required.
This position will manage the sales process from start to finish. You will create and build relationships with potential residents, conduct property tours, and find new & exciting ways to market your property. You will also assist both the property and assistant managers with resident relations.
