MHJJ/FLYE Case Manager- Southeast

The Mental Health Juvenile Justice (MHJJ)/Future Leaders Youth Engagement (FLYE) Case Manager provides services appropriate to the client population to maximize client potential and to promote their optimal functioning the community. This position is office based with work conducted in the office, client home, and community based setting.

The MHJJ/FLYE Case Manager works with diverse staff and service population in South Chicago and other areas of Cook County.
