Job description
The Agile Program Manager (PM) serves as a key leader within the project team, responsible for driving the implementation of Agile methodologies to achieve the Government’s program objectives. This position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing complex Agile initiatives, facilitating collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The Agile PM will be the primary point of contact for Agile-related practices and delivery oversight, guiding teams through Scrum, Kanban, and Lean processes while adapting to the unique mission and operational needs of supported Government organizations.
