Lead end-to-end engineering inventory lifecycle, maintaining 98%+ stock accuracy Oversee procurement processes (PRs, RFQs, POs) ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and budget alignment Manage SAP/CMMS data integrity, including BOMs, lead times, and stock optimisation Coordinate repair and return of critical assets with external vendors Support shutdowns by ensuring parts availability and eliminating technician downtime Maintain best-in-class 5S standards aligned with food safety and OHS requirements Collaborate with planners and teams to ensure efficient spare parts management Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical stores or inventory management within FMCG, pharmaceutical, or heavy industry Certificate IV in Warehousing/Logistics or trade background (Mechanical/Electrical) highly regarded Strong commitment to high-quality work and service standards Solid technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical components (e.
g. Your role
will be to optimize plant reliability by ensuring the 100% availability of critical engineering spares and consumables while maintaining rigorous inventory governance. This role acts as the vital link between procurement, maintenance planning, and floor-level technical execution to minimize equipment downtime.
