Job description
The Program Coach is a leadership position that demonstrates Catalyst’s program philosophy, child/youth development, and developmentally appropriate theory and practice. The position works in collaboration with the Program Quality Manager and center operations leaders to create and implement quality improvement plans for the center program that will result in extraordinary program quality.
The Program Coach also facilitates and delivers learning series and other pertinent program quality trainings and supports the development and maintenance of program quality and compliance initiatives to deliver high quality, effective programs within a cluster of centers.
