To cordially receive all patients with or without appointment, which were directed from Main Lobby, A&E and Special Diagnostic Services. Ensure registration is made accordingly (patient demographic, preparation of forms and mandatory open a file for new patient) Strictly maintained the confidentiality and safety of the patient at all time in the clinic, hospital and elsewhere whichever is necessary.

Ensure maintaining the smooth flows of the clinic and apply the best clinic management at all time (inclusive of appointment systems, tidiness and other requirement).
