Licensed 310T Shop Foreman/woman

Reporting jointly to the Branch Manager and the Area Manager of Maintenance, the Shop Foreman is responsible for the safe and systematic operation of a multi-bay maintenance facility. The Foreman is responsible for planning the day-to-day preventative and post incident repairs of a large fleet of commercial vehicles, diagnosing and assigning all repairs for mechanical issues and problems discovered in various commercial School Buses and civilian class vehicles.

The Foreman will be an expert within their trade, a strong communicator and will possess the ability to lead. They will provide superior customer service while interacting with various stakeholders including, School Bus Drivers, Dispatchers, Managers, Peer Mechanics, Apprentices and Governmental Agencies.
