We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Technology Liaison to join our Application Delivery Services team .
This role is located in Wroclaw. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Incident Management Triage, analyze and record problems Filter non-system issues; advise users on workarounds Communicate status, escalate to vendors when needed Track trends and implement preventive measures Release Management Plan and coordinate releases with Europe and vendors Review release notes; manage functional, regression & UAT testing Secure sign-offs and schedule deployments Vendor Management Log operational issues and outages Maintain vendor relationships and support contracts Participate in vendor governance processes Project & Testing Support Translate business requirements into functional specs Develop/run test scripts; report results and feedback Train users and ensure smooth handover to support teams Identify opportunities for better system use Documentation & Governance Author SLAs, incident procedures, support guides Keep procedures up to date with system enhancements To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Core Qualifications
- 0–3 years in business service or application support, ideally in Fund Admin (valuations, accounts)
- Strong MS Excel, Project, Word & Visio skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and time-management abilities
- Clear oral/written communication and stakeholder management
