  • Outreach ROLE OVERVIEW We look forward to welcoming a passionate and driven Outreach member to our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in advancing our outreach efforts, managing key initiatives, and fostering meaningful partnerships that align with mission of bringing career and college counseling to every school. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support our global programs, events, and outreach strategies. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES ● Outreach & Partnership Development: o Assist in developing and executing strategies to engage schools, universities, and education partners globally. o Identify and foster new partnerships that align with mission, while nurturing existing relationships. o Organize outreach initiatives to promote participation in global forums,regional events, and the annual conference. ● Communication & Coordination: o Draft and send outreach communications, including emails, and other updates to potential and current partners. o Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with event planning. ● Event Support: o Support the planning and execution of IC3’s global events, including pre-event communication, and post-event follow-ups. o Assist in managing sponsor relations, ensuring that sponsors are engaged and informed throughout the event process. o Encourage participation in regional forums and the annual conference through proactive outreach and relationship-building ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Work closely with internal teams across departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of outreach and event tasks. o Support in managing operational tasks, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking project timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ●4-5 years of experience in outreach and building and managing partnerships.Experience in education industry is preferred. SKILLS: ●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. ●Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

●Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools. ●A strong alignment with IC3’s mission. INDUSTRY: Higher Education PRIMARY LOCATION: Ghatkopar, Mumbai, India Requirements
