The Lead Performance Support Trainer advances operational excellence by architecting, developing, and implementing performance support solutions for Operations personnel and mentoring other Operations Analysis & Performance Support (OAPS) staff. This role leverages deep industry expertise and advanced instructional design to drive continuous improvement, compliance, and innovation in training programs.
