We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a key role in managing both client and candidate relationships while contributing to business development.
Role Overview The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery, building and managing strong client and candidate relationships, and supporting business development activities. The role requires a balance of candidate management, client servicing, and market engagement to deliver quality placements and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Advisory Manage the full recruitment cycle from role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting to client presentation and offer management. Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple industries and functions. Leverage job boards, professional networks, referrals, and innovative sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarks, and strategic advice on talent acquisition. Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the ATS/CRM system. Business Development & Client Acquisition Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company’s recruitment client portfolio.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients across target industries. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their recruitment partner of choice. Prepare and deliver client proposals, service presentations, and contractual agreements. Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell other HR consultancy services (e.
g., salary surveys, HR outsourcing, training). Meet and exceed revenue targets through consistent business development activities. Represent the company at networking events, career fairs, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a client-facing sales role. Results-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong track record of meeting sales/revenue targets in a recruitment or B2B service environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and deliver within tight timelines.
