You’ll support your team, and make sure every customer walks away with a smile. 🎯 What You'll Be Doing: 📊 Running daily operations 👥 Building, training, and inspiring your team 🥇 Ensuring top-notch customer service every time 🍴 Upholding our food safety and quality standards 💡 Driving sales and hitting KPIs 🛠️ Troubleshooting issues and keeping everything running smoothly 🥑 Managing stock, wastage and deliveries 🙌 Creating a positive, fun, and focused work environment ✨ What We're Looking For: ✅ 1 years’ experience leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment 🚀 Motivated, organised, and ready to take ownership 🎯 Great communicator and natural problem-solver 📈 Results-driven with a passion for people and great food 💪 Calm under pressure and cool with multitasking 🪜 Ready to climb the ladder and progress 🌟 A natural leader who is inspiring, consistent and fair 📚 Willingness to learn; we will ensure you receive super thorough training!
