Job description
Creating Purchase Orders.
- Create project folders and save all relevant details
- Updating the Archive for the season.
- Track Delivery notes for reconciliation purposes.
- Maintain and update supplier databases, pricing lists, and purchase records.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and supporting vendor qualification processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Review and verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes before forwarding for payment. Support the preparation of procurement reports and cost analysis as needed.
Requirements
Bachelors' Degree Strong Financial Reporting Skills
