Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator

The Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator researches, designs, installs, supports, and maintains critical computing systems that enable daily operations at Southwest Power Pool. The role identifies automation opportunities, ensures system reliability, and provides subject matter expertise in assigned technologies. This position troubleshoots system issues, delivers technical support, and collaborates with internal teams and vendors to meet organizational needs.

It also provides guidance to team members and helps evaluate and enhance system architecture, security, and performance to support SPP’s operational stability.
