Role: Bilingual French Software Functional Tester – Contact Center Applications Location: Toronto, Canada Desired Experience: 4–6 Years Role Overview

• Validate and ensure the quality of contact center applications through functional testing.
• Perform bilingual application validation in French and English across enterprise applications.
• Ensure application behavior, workflows, and customer journeys meet functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Testing

• Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for contact center applications, including:
• IVR
• CTI
• CRM integrations
• Chat
• Email
• Voice applications
• Validate user interfaces, workflows, and customer journeys in French and English.
• Review requirements, create detailed test cases, and execute testing across multiple platforms. Defect Management & Documentation
• Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools, including:
• JIRA
• ALM
• Azure DevOps
• Provide clear and detailed testing documentation and test evidence.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment with functional requirements. User Acceptance Testing & Quality Assurance
• Support UAT activities with business users, especially for French-speaking markets.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility, usability, and language localization standards.
• Apply QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management practices.

Required Skills

& Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• 3+ years of experience in functional testing of enterprise or contact center applications.
• Experience testing:
• IVR
• Telephony
• CRM platforms
• Customer service applications
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools, including:
• JIRA
• ALM
• Test. Rail
• Azure DevOps
• Ability to work in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with automation frameworks, including:
• Selenium
• Cyara
• Knowledge of banking or financial services domain.
• Exposure to performance testing or voice application testing tools.
