The Opportunity As a Payroll Analyst US – MCC, you will play a key role in centralizing and delivering payroll services for Pepsi. Co Beverages US. This position is ideal for analytical profiles who enjoy working with large volumes of data, validating information, and ensuring accurate results. Your main objective will be to support the Incidences Consolidation Process, ensuring service quality, compliance, and SLA fulfillment, while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Your Impact As a Payroll Analyst, you will: Analyze, document, and execute payroll processes for Pepsi. Co Beverages US.

Receive payroll inputs and validate compliance with requirements, policies, and guidelines. Capture and maintain information in payroll systems with high attention to detail. Compare and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and operational controls. Support audit readiness by documenting and maintaining process deliverables.

Identify improvement opportunities through automation, standardization, training, or process optimization. Ensure service delivery standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for early-career talent or recent graduates with strong analytical skills and an interest in Payroll, HR, or Finance.

This role is a great fit if you have: A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field. Prior experience (or internships) in Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, Accounting, or Call Centers (desirable but not required). Comfort working with large data sets and detailed information.

Advanced English (written and spoken), as the role supports US operations. Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, validations).
