Hillside a retirement community nestled in Willamette Valley that marries the peaceful, small-town way of life with the sophistication of wine country, is hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) for its 20-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. Under limited supervision, the DON plans, directs, organizes, and evaluates nursing services to meet the total needs of the community's residents; ensures an efficient health facility operation in cooperation with other departments and in compliance with state and federal regulations; and provides care in accordance with our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.
