Financial Reporting & Analysis Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly reports Update dashboards and trackers with data from multiple sources (Excel, ERP extracts) Support month-end close activities — data collection, reconciliations, basic checks Highlight discrepancies or unusual trends for the Director's review Governance & Process Support Maintain documentation for internal controls and audit requests Help organize and standardize recurring templates/reports for consistency Track deadlines and follow up with stakeholders Business Support Prepare first drafts of slides/summaries for management meetings Support pricing or sales-related data requests under guidance Assist in compiling information for cross-functional discussions Ad Hoc Projects & Assignments Support special projects as assigned by the Finance Director (e.

g., process improvement initiatives, system implementations, one-off analyses) Assist with research and data-gathering for new business initiatives or management requests Take on cross-functional assignments outside routine reporting as business needs arise Administrative Support Help manage the Finance Director's inbox — flagging urgent items, drafting routine replies for review Organize meeting materials, schedules, and follow-up action trackers Coordinate document collection across teams/markets Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 1–2 years of relevant experience (internship experience counts) Proficient in SAP (or willingness to learn quickly if exposure is limited) Proficient in AI tools (e.

g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for drafting, data analysis, and productivity Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas); familiarity with PowerPoint Detail-oriented, organized, comfortable handling repetitive tasks accurately Eagerness to learn multi-market finance operations Key Attributes Reliable and process-oriented — follows through on recurring tasks without prompting Willing to ask questions and escalate issues rather than guess Flexible and adaptable — comfortable switching between routine tasks and new/unfamiliar assignments Comfortable leveraging AI tools to speed up analysis, drafting, and reporting Good written communication for drafting summaries/emails Able to manage multiple small tasks and deadlines simultaneously
