SUMMARY: The purpose of the Pleasant View Educator Coordinator is to asses, plan, develop, implement, facilitate, evaluate and revise educational programming for all levels of the nursing personnel as required or requested. The Educator Coordinator acts as a key resource in the continuing education of the nursing department and ensures mandatory requirements are being met by conducting regular and routine audits that can identify any below standard competencies that must be corrected with additional education up to and including developing, executing and training any deficiencies within the nursing department.
