Make every guest’s visit unforgettable – from warm welcomes to guiding them through our exciting menu. Work side by side with our restaurant manager and shift leaders, bring the energy, and deliver heartfelt service in a high-volume, dynamic setting.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly, inviting atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly Provide menu guidance and recommendations based on guest preferences Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-presented before and during service Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and respond to requests quickly Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth, efficient service during busy periods Handle payments accurately and follow cash/card procedures Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times Represent Seven North Vienna with energy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality Ideally, you bring the following with you: Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences Positive, energetic, and hands-on attitude Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments Enjoyment of informal, personal restaurant settings while maintaining professionalism Strong relationship-building skills with guests and colleagues Fluency in English; German or other languages are a plus Comfort working in a multi-lingual, multicultural environment Eagerness to learn and develop new skills Compensation & Benefits Public transportation allowance Gym membership allowance An extra day off on your birthday One complimentary in-house experience per year Company drinks and team-building events Employee and Family & Friends discounts within Sircle Collection Complimentary daily meal Gross monthly salary : EUR 2088€ based on 40 hours (in accordance with the collective labor agreement).
