Applications Analyst (I, II, Sr.) - Remote Eligible

The Applications Analyst job family supports and maintains the applications and databases that enable critical daily operations for Southwest Power Pool. These systems carry major reliability, economic, and safety impacts, making accurate and dependable performance essential.

All levels troubleshoot software issues, support end users, resolve application problems, and ensure stable system operation while collaborating with IT teams, SPP departments, and vendors. Senior and II‑level analysts work with minimal supervision and provide deeper expertise and mentoring. Analyst I works with supervision while developing core competencies.
