About Equativ Japan KK Founded in February 2025, Equativ Japan K.K. is headquartered at We. Work KDX Toranomon in Tokyo. Our team of eight represents a diverse and multicultural environment, with both English and Japanese serving as primary working languages. To support flexibility and collaboration, we currently operate under a work-from-home policy on Wednesdays, which will expand to both Wednesdays and Thursdays starting September
