Job description
The Manager of Quoting is responsible for driving regional UCT sites to perform quoting activities to a consistent business process and effectively meet or exceed annual operating plans goals and objectives by setting and monitoring data/results through a regularly scheduled governance system. This may be a regional, or specific product type (assembly or weldments or other) function and requires working with each Quoter supporting the activities regardless of their location.
This position may have global direct reports, with the primary role to influence the team to drive to a common set of objectives, goals, & methods.
