Requirements
5+ years of OPT Recruitment experience Strong understanding of OPT process and regulations End-to-end OPT recruitment experience Experience hiring H1 Transfers / Project Transfers / GC / H4 candidates Experience with Dice, LinkedIn, job boards & sourcing platforms Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
