EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE: The Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing oversight support for the Club facilities. This role partners with management to ensure all employees, clients, and guests adhere to facility policies and procedures. The primary focus is to facilitate an exceptional customer experience for all who come in contact with the Club.
