Client Services, Large Utilities - Massachusetts

The Client Services Affiliate provides high-level advisory support focused on client relationships, engagement strategy, and client-facing practices. This role collaborates with internal and external teams to offer strategic insight, professional judgment, and a consultative perspective informed by deep client service and industry experience.

The Client Services Affiliate applies knowledge of emerging technologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements and actively contributes to thought leadership within the organization. Engagement is on a part time basis. Candidate should have experience working with large municipal wastewater treatment facilities and should have a primary residence in Massachusetts.
