We are seeking entrepreneurial Partners across all our practices: Leadership & Change Management Business & Operations Design Strategy and M&A Digital Transformation Commercial Strategy & Transformation Planning Excellence (Supply Chain) Who we are looking for You are an established consulting leader with: 10+ years of experience in management consulting in Switzerland A proven track record as a Partner or senior leader in a recognised consulting firm A strong footprint commercial network in Switzerland within in Life Sciences or the Financial Industry (other industries are also welcome) Fluency in German and English (essential for our Swiss market) A reputation as a trusted advisor A distinct entrepreneurial mindset – you build, you lead, you take ownership You are not only an expert in your field.
