Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach Identify founders, operators, eCommerce brands, restaurant chains, and target businesses Conduct LinkedIn outreach and cold prospecting Assist with bidding and proposal coordination Build and maintain lead databases Follow up with prospects consistently CRM & Sales Coordination Update and maintain leads in Zoho CRM Track pipeline stages and follow-up status Ensure all conversations and activities are logged properly Coordinate meetings and maintain outreach trackers Email Marketing & Campaigns Support email campaign creation and execution Maintain prospect lists and segmentation Track campaign performance metrics Assist in drip campaign execution Marketing Support Create simple Canva creatives and marketing collateral Support content posting and campaign coordination Research target industries and competitors Assist in preparing presentations and outreach materials Requirements LinkedIn outreach Cold calling / cold outreach Sales coordination Basic marketing understanding Canva Zoho CRM Email campaign management Benefits Opportunity to work directly with leadership High learning exposure across sales, marketing, and operations Fast-growth environment with real ownership Performance-driven growth opportunities
