Care Manager , Personal Support Services (RPN)

Acclaim Health announces the availability of three (3) Full-Time Care Manager, PSW positions in the Home Care department. These positions are located in the Oakville Office supervising a team of PSWs. As a member of the Home Care Department, the incumbent is responsible for working in the community providing the supervision, support and training to personal support workers.

The incumbent will work Monday – Friday, 7.5 hours per day with some flexibility to work evenings as needed as well as an on call rotation with other members of the team.
