The Restorative Justice Worker plays a vital role in supporting meaningful alternatives to the mainstream justice system. While rooted in Haudenosaunee values and traditions, this position also embraces the rich diversity of the Six Nations community, recognizing that healing and accountability must reflect the lived experiences of all individuals.
