Acute Residential Counselor Floater – Developmental Services: Crisis Stabilization

Provide high level support to adults with developmental needs who require intensive psychiatric, behavioral and/or medical support both within the crisis stabilization program. Opportunities for schedules include daytime, evening and weekend hours. One weekend shift per week is required of all part-time or full-time staff hired. Floaters are required to work at all Developmental Services residential programs depending on program needs.

Crisis Stabilization helps people remain in the community and avoid hospitalization. The program provides 24-hour staffing and support. Staff support individuals who are undergoing a medication change or transitioning from an in-patient hospital stay to living in the community.
