Job description
Responsible for managing daily production functions, including daily shop operations, workflow, personnel, safety, quality, productivity, and customer commitments. This position’s primary duty is management of production operations and employees and exercising discretion and independent judgement in support of staffing, performance, discipline, and other employment related decisions.
This role works closely with key stakeholders, and customers as needed to support operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Occasional hands-on work may be performed to support training, safety, troubleshooting, or business needs; however, the primary focus of the role is supervision, operational leadership, and management of production results.
