(Senior) Project Manager (m/f/d) Strategy Consulting - AI-Transformation

Your responsibilities

Prior AI expertise is not required. More important are experience in strategy consulting, transformation capabilities, and a strong interest in the potential of artificial intelligence. You lead strategic AI transformation projects and manage interdisciplinary project teams of 3–6 consultants. You develop AI strategies and transformation roadmaps together with the Board of Management and senior executives.

You structure complex challenges and design future-proof operating models. You identify Group-wide opportunities to increase productivity and create value. You work on strategic topics across Sales, Marketing, Service, Technology, Finance, and corporate functions. You develop new consulting approaches for the AI era and help shape Deutsche Telekom's transformation.

What you bring You have at least four years of professional experience in a leading strategy consultancy with a focus on strategy, transformation, or corporate development. You analyze complex business challenges, develop robust strategies, and influence senior stakeholders up to Board level. You have leadership experience and take ownership of teams, projects, and results.

You bring expertise in at least one of the following areas: AI, digital transformation, data, or technology Finance, M&A, ESG, business development, or commercial management HR processes, organizational development, or HR IT Digital business models, marketing, pricing, or go-to-market Telecommunications, cloud, data & analytics, or another technology-driven environment You use AI naturally in your daily work and recognize its potential as a driver of sustainable business transformation.

You combine analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset, act pragmatically, and deliver lasting impact. You are fluent in both German and English.
