General Manager, Facilities Construction

The General Manager, Facilities Construction provides senior leadership for the planning and delivery of renovation and construction projects across YMCA-owned facilities, including health and fitness centres, camps, and related properties, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to YMCA standards within active, occupied environments.

The role combines strong technical construction expertise with project leadership and stakeholder coordination to align capital delivery with operational needs and organizational priorities, supporting the effective execution of infrastructure investments that enable safe, reliable, and sustainable facilities for members and communities.
