Job description
The Inbound Manager is responsible for leading all inbound operations within Cavender’s Wilmer cross-dock distribution facility, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely processing of merchandise. This role oversees inbound flow, including unloading, receiving, unloading, inspection, value added services and put away processes while maintaining strong inventory accuracy and operational flow.
The Inbound Manager plays a key role in establishing and maintaining inbound standards, training teams, and ensuring alignment with merchandising, store and distribution priorities. This position partners cross-functionally to ensure product is made available for fulfillment in a timely and accurate manner.
