Production & Packaging Officer

Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production and Packaging Associate to support our daily manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for an individual with 0–2 years of experience who is eager to contribute to a high-quality, efficient production environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring products are packaged, labeled, and stored correctly while adhering to strict food safety and operational standards.

This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced production setting and is critical to maintaining consistency, quality, and timely delivery of our products.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily production and packaging activities. Operate and maintain basic production and packaging equipment. Ensure products are packaged, sealed, and labeled accurately and consistently. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area. Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues promptly.

Support inventory counting and stock management of raw materials and packaging supplies. Follow food safety and company operational procedures at all times. Help meet daily and weekly production targets. Assist with loading, storage, and handling of finished products.
