You're the organized, proactive engine behind flawless campaign execution. You excel at connecting the dots across teams, translating complex timelines into manageable action items, and keeping everyone accountable. You have a relentless attention to detail and thrive on coordination, balancing multiple vendors, stakeholders, and deliverables with calm efficiency.

You're not on the client-facing front lines, but you're absolutely essential to the work. You take pride in being the trusted "glue" that holds campaigns together, anticipate roadblocks before they happen, and solve problems quietly and quickly. You bring a sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through to everything you own.

Detail-oriented, collaborative, and accountable. You lead by organizing, enabling, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. What You'll Own: Internal Organization & Maintenance Own master team status documents, coordinating with planning leads (MCM), MTO, D&A, and Biddable teams for updates Develop and maintain personal tracking tools and systems for campaign execution and timelines Implement quality control processes and document lessons learned Internal Organization & Maintenance Develop weekly hot sheets and project plans; track progress and adjust as needed Participate in weekly internal status meetings; take notes and share recaps across disciplines Monitor key milestones and deliverables; keep teams accountable on deliverables and timelines Track and proactively flag upcoming asset expirations and potential roadblocks Ensure core disciplines provide client deliverables prior to meetings (slides, metrics, etc.)

Schedule follow-up regroup sessions to keep the team aligned and on track Client Scope: Maintain understanding of assigned brand therapeutic areas, key messaging, and deployment order Stay aware of brand updates (label updates, new indications, LOE timelines) Understand pharma guidelines and regulations; ensure all campaign execution adheres to compliance standards Join client status meetings, take notes, and listen for key updates and timeline adjustments Coordinator Across Vendors (Custom Campaigns): Represent SSCG and develop strong relationships with custom campaign vendors Ensure vendors discuss timelines regularly and communicate potential delays or roadblocks proactively Participate in weekly/bi-weekly vendor and client status calls; present updates to internal teams What You Bring: Bachelor's degree (Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred) 2–4 years of project management, media coordination, or campaign execution experience Familiarity with healthcare/pharma industry (a significant plus!)

Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities and vendors simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly document and present information Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with planning tools, CRMs, and reporting platforms preferred Detail-oriented with ability to catch errors and inconsistencies before they become problems Collaborative mindset; ability to work effectively across teams and build strong internal relationships Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-oriented approach and sense of urgency

New York: $50,000.00-$95,000.00 Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
