Job description
The Case Aide in the Enhanced Family Foster Care (EFFC) program plays a key support role within a team prepared to respond to a wide range of child welfare situations—from short-term placements supporting family reunification to specialized care for children with chronic medical, developmental, or trauma-related needs.
The Case Aide helps ensure continuity of care by supervising and documenting family visits, assisting with service referrals, escorting children and parents to appointments, maintaining case files, and participating in case reviews. This position is essential in providing consistent, compassionate, and organized support to children and families in care.
This position reports to the designated Social Work Supervisor in the EFFC program.
