The Loss Prevention Specialist (LPS) is responsible for the protection of company assets by means of internal and external shrink mitigation. The LPS works collaboratively with various store personnel and management to leverage all available tools to help reduce external theft. The LPS is responsible for all investigations and duties assigned by the Loss Prevention Operations Manager (LPOM).
