Assistant Manager to SM, Recruitment and Business Partner, Human Resources

Job Responsibilities

Recruit qualified candidates, screen applicants and conduct employment interviews Determine appropriate recruitment channels, prepare job advertisements, contact recruitment agencies etc. Assist in the development of policies and procedures Provide input regarding potential enhancements to current human resources practices Maintain communications with line managers and employees and deal with issues and concerns Perform other Human Resources duties as assigned or requested Job Requirements University graduate or above with minimum 4 years experience in human resources management Good knowledge of human resources practices, recruitment procedures and employment legislation Able to work under pressure with good communications and interpersonal skills Excellent data analytical & report writing skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin Working location: Central or Hung Hom Interested parties, please click "Apply Now" for application.
