Direct Support Professional - Community Support Facilitator (Part-Time)

The Community Support Facilitator (CSF) plans, coordinates, and provides individualized support to clients. Clients’ needs and preferences dictate the amount of support hours provided by the CSF and when that support occurs. The CSF works well with TMI employees, clients’ circle of support (family members, friends, community members, etc.)

, community resources, and the local Regional Center. Also, the CSF works independently and as a team member.
