Job description
This position is eligible for a $1500 Sign-On bonus which pays out over the first year of employment. At Imperial (IDI), our customer connection is what drives our success. The person that connects with our customers on a daily basis is our Retail Merchandisers. As a Retail Merchandiser, you play a key role in supporting supermarket partners by ensuring well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing in-line categories, seasonal displays, and promotional sections.
This position is focused on helping customers drive profitable sales while representing IDI through strong in-store relationships.
Responsibilities include
generating sales orders, stocking shelves, maintaining inventory levels, and addressing basic store-level issues across one or more assigned locations.
