The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for overseeing the company’s ongoing operations, program performance, and execution strategy. This role requires a seasoned operational leader with deep experience in the defense and aerospace sector, preferably with a background in manufacturing, program management, and regulatory compliance.
The COO will be accountable for ensuring operational excellence across all functions while driving strategic growth, efficiency, and execution aligned with company objectives and U.S. Government standards.
