The Site CI/Lean Specialist t is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing improvements to site-level operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality. This role drives the site's continuous improvement culture through the application of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
