Requirements
Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues such as provisioning errors, workflow failures, and integration challenges. Configure and manage identity lifecycle workflows, policies, and rules in SailPoint IIQ. Support integration of IIQ with applications, systems, and directories via connectors/APIs. Contribute to system patching, upgrades, and performance optimization.
Ensure compliance with security standards, assist with audits, and implement remediation measures. Mentor junior (L1) analysts, develop advanced documentation, and conduct training sessions. Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions.
Required Skills
& Qualifications Technical Skills Strong knowledge of SailPoint IIQ architecture, workflows, and connectors. Proficiency in troubleshooting Java-based applications and analyzing logs. Hands-on experience with directory services (AD, LDAP), databases (SQL), and scripting (BeanShell, PowerShell). Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks.
Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Education
& Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience in IAM operations, including at least 1–2 years working with SailPoint IIQ. Preferred Certifications SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect.
